Architectural Review Board Meetings
Austin Ridge HOA Residents:

As the Governor’s order has mandated closures and social distancing throughout the state, the HOA has elected to conduct the Architectural Review Board (ARB) meetings via Zoom web-conference until further notice. The purpose of this meeting is to review homeowner's submitted exterior modification applications. The submitted applications must be received no later than the close of business the day prior to the meeting date. Otherwise, the application will be forwarded to the next schedule meeting.

Pre-registration:
To join the meeting, please email the property owner’s full name and address to austinridge@comcast.net no later than close of business on the day prior to the meeting date. Once residency has been verified, you will receive the Zoom meeting login and password information.

The ARB members meet once a month (1st Thursday) October through February and twice a month (1st and 3rd Thursday) March through September. If quorum is not met the submitted applications will be forwarded to the next scheduled ARB meeting for review. The ARB has 45 days to review a submitted application. This 45-day timeline begins the date the completed application is received by management. The application is to be submitted by the HOMEOWNER. Please allow time for the ARB to review your application before scheduling your contractor.
Bulk Item Pick Up
Got a LARGE item to dispose of?
Please do not place large items at the curb for pick up on the regular trash service days. Disposal of large items such as furniture, appliances, sports equipment, grills, etc., require the homeowner to arrange for a special bulk pick up from County Waste. Please call County Waste at 540-899-7722 to make this            arrangement prior to setting these items at the curb.
Selling Your Home? Resale Disclosure Packet
The Virginia Property Owner’s Association Act obligates a seller to obtain and provide to prospective purchasers a current copy of the HOA documents (Resale Disclosure Packet), the contents of which are specified by law, in order for a buyer to evaluate the association and the obligations, financial and otherwise, incidental to owning property subject to the association.
