HOA Pool Facility

POOL INFORMATION: For Austin Ridge HOA residents use only

Located at: 27 Boulder Drive. (across the street from the tennis courts/next to the community center)

HOURS OF OPERATION: Pool season begins Memorial Day weekend (Saturday) and closes on Labor Day (Monday).  Please contact the HOA office at 540-657-1006 or austinridge@comcast.net for hours of operation. 

All residents of Austin Ridge HOA (ARHOA) must possess a pool picture ID to gain access to the pool facility (swimmers and non-swimmers).  Please contact Mrs. Kay Stevens, General Manager at 540-657-1006 or austinridge@comcast.net for pool information and to process your pool pass.

In an effort to make the Austin Ridge Pool seasons safe and fun, please forward your questions/concerns and suggestions to the Mrs. Kay Stevens, General Manager at 540-657-1006 or austinridge@comcast.net. Your information will be forwarded to the HOA Pool Committee and Board of Directors for consideration. 

A copy of the pool facility regulations and forms may be obtained under the “Document Center” tab on this web page and at the on-site management office.

Pool Rental:
The website calendar does not reflect scheduled reservations. For rental fees and availability, please contact the Mrs. Kay Stevens, General Manager at 540-657-1006 or austinridge@comcast.net. Pool reservations will not be accepted from the guards.
