| Austin Ridge is in northern Stafford County, Virginia. We are a community of single family homes located 38 miles south of Washington, D.C. and thirteen miles north of Fredericksburg, VA. Our neighborhood is just minutes from I-95, commuter/slug lots, and the VRE is nearby at Quantico Marine Corps Base. Austin Ridge has the best of both worlds where you can “get away from it all” and still enjoy the benefits of metropolitan living.
Stafford County schools are among the best in the region. Austin Ridge is in the Colonial Forge High School district and our middle school is Rodney Thompson Middle School. The new Anthony Burns Elementary School opened in the fall of 2006 and is located within our community.
Austin Ridge has many amenities, including a community center, swimming pool, swim team, tennis courts, tot lots, sidewalks, walking trails, and an active homeowners association. The Stafford Historical Society is currently studying the Robertson-Towson House, located within our community and steeped in history.
Our neighbors are proud homeowners. Each of our residents loves their home and takes pride in the upkeep of their surroundings.
