I hereby agree on behalf of myself, my family, and our guest to abide by all rule and regulations of the recreation facilities as adopted by the Austin Ridge Board of Directors. I understand that use of the facilities may be suspended for violating said rules or for non-payment of association assessments. I also understand that owners are responsible for the actions of their family, tenants, guests, and that a facilities pass will be carried when using any recreation facility. Further, the facilities pass will be presented upon request of an authorized agent of the Austin Ridge Homeowners Association. It is also understood that, my family, tenant, guest, or myself will not interfere with the lifeguards while they are executing their duties as delegated to them by the Austin Ridge Board of Directors.
